Your AI Bible in front of it, the jobs done your way, on your own computer
A free folder. Inside: the instructions Claude reads first, your AI Bible (the one you download from the business lessons, or a blank one you fill in ten minutes), a skill that takes any job from the Bible and does it with the result shown first, and a desk page on your computer with one box: What do you need? Nothing to code. Claude never sends, posts, signs or pays; you do.
Beep walks you through the four steps on a real screen, 79 seconds. Beep is drawn and voiced with AI tools; the screens are real; the bakery is made up. Open the film on its own if the player stays blank.
Four steps · ten minutes, once
Step 1
Unzip, then open the file inside
Right-click Claude-desk.zip, Extract All, put the Claude on your desk folder somewhere it can stay (Documents is good). Double-click START HERE - open me first: it has copy buttons for every line below.
Step 2
Put your AI Bible in the folder
From theaimanager.ai/business, Download my AI Bible, and drop the file in the folder in place of MY-AI-BIBLE.md. No business lessons? Open the blank one and fill in who you are, your house rules and the jobs. Claude reads it before every job.
Step 3
Install Claude and open the folder
Claude Desktop from claude.ai/download, sign in, Code tab, Open folder, pick the folder. (Or the command line: npm install -g @anthropic-ai/claude-code, then claude in the folder.) Say: Read my AI Bible and tell me the three jobs to start with.
Step 4
Optional: open the desk page
In a terminal, in the folder: node desk/serve.js, then open localhost:8787. One box, your jobs as buttons, every answer from Claude on your own computer. Close the terminal to close the desk.
What leaves your computer: only the words Claude sends to Anthropic to think with, under your own Claude account. Your Bible, your files and the log of what was done stay in the folder. A downloaded Bible’s guides are licensed for your own business only.
If something does not work
Claude says the Bible is blank. It is: fill in the first three lines under About my business, or drop your downloaded Bible in with the name MY-AI-BIBLE.md. The desk page says Claude Code is not installed. Step 3 again; in a terminal, claude --version should answer. localhost:8787 is taken.set DESK_PORT=8788 (Mac: DESK_PORT=8788 node desk/serve.js) and open that number instead. Mac or Linux. The same folder and the same four steps; the terminal lines are identical.
